Meet Meg
Meg’s background covers working in both the public and private sectors, with businesses across a diverse range of industries including arts, retail, accommodation, food services, forestry, mining and tourism.
With over 25 years of business development, management and human resources experience, Meg has overseen the management of people and complex projects across Canada, working closely with Indigenous Communities for consulting and program development.
Meg is a skilled leader who has worked with worked with the Lower Stl’atl’imx Tribal Council, Neskonlith Band, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation) Squamish, Líĺwat Business Group, Líĺwat Employment and Training, STÓ:LŌ Aboriginal Skills & Employment Training N’Quatqua First Nation, shíshálh Nation, Metlakatla First Nation, Lax’Kw’alaams Band, Ginoogaming First Nation, Okanagan College and Excel Career College.
Meg is a Mentor, Speaker and Community Partner with Futurpreneur Canada, an internationally recognized mentorship program that supports young Canadian Entrepreneurs, and is the recipient of the WNORTH Accelerate Scholarship, Squamish Chamber Business Excellence Award and Squamish Chief Reader’s Choice Award.
