Current Opportunities

  • The Program Facilitator will be responsible for providing facilitation of the delivery of our workshops and various training programs, online and in person.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver workshops and training programs to various user groups online and in person
    • Monitor attendance and participation
    • Assess skills development during program delivery
    • Measure training progress to ensure concept delivery and overall program success
    • Guide and/or Facilitate practical hands on program components as required and where relevant experience applies
    • Lead and or assist with community events within workshops or programs
    • Liaise with other facilitators and clients

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Demonstrated experience delivering and facilitating basic training and essential skills development programs, guiding, coaching and mentoring program participants.
    • Experience facilitating to Indigenous groups.
    • Demonstrated experience working with those with complex barriers to traditional learning and a range of cultural backgrounds.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate and communicate with people with various levels of learning capabilities.
    • Experience delivering programs and facilitating to those with barriers to traditional employment and education.
    • Excellent problem solving abilities.

    SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to build strong rapport and connections with program participants.
    • Ability to facilitate effectively to those with educational challenges and various levels of learning capabilities.
    • The ability to invite and encourage open communication, discussion and dialogue.
    • The ability to establish a positive, goal-oriented learning environment to encourage engagement and program completion.
    • Ability to develop a thorough understanding of each program, the materials and how to effectively facilitate each program.
    • Ability to provide leadership and direction to participants.
    • 2 years’ experience facilitating to a variety of audiences.

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Must be flexible, adaptable and pro-active
    • A great understanding of cultural uniqueness, diversity and community
    • Travel required throughout Sea to Sky Corridor and Lower Mainland
    • A valid BC driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
    • Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Email

  • We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Team Member to join our team. In this part-time, work-from-home position, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and social media. Your role will be crucial in providing timely, efficient, and effective solutions to our customers’ needs.

    The Customer Support Team Member will work with our CEO, Programs Team members, subcontractors and our end-users, performing a variety of general support tasks, such as trouble-shooting, processing payments or answering general program questions.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
    • Provide accurate and friendly support, resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through solutions.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex issues when necessary.
    • Stay up-to-date with company offerings and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
    • Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries across different platforms.
    • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
    • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to learn within a growing organization.
    • Availability to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
    • Experience with online learning platforms an asset.
    • Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
    • Experience with Monday.com or similar task-management software an asset.
    • Experience with Google Suite.
