Do you deliver?

All Rental Items are available by pick-up only from our warehouse location in Squamish.  Suitable transportation is required.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes!  Our minimum rental order is $100.

What is the rental period?

Your rental period commences at a pre-arranged time the day prior to your event and ends at noon the day following your event.

Do you set-up items?

Yes! We would be happy to provide a quote for you for setting up or styling your event.

Can I see the rental pieces in person?

Yes! Items can be viewed in our warehouse by appointment.

What happens if something gets broken or lost during our rental period?

If a piece is broken or missing, we cry, and then apply a replacement fee for each broken or missing item.  The replacement fee varies depending on the piece.  Cleaning or repairing fees may be applied for items returned damaged or dirty.
