Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Most unopened, unused items in new condition can be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Shipping Fees

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take several days for your refund to be posted to your credit card and credit card company processing times vary.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bungalow 968 Returns 102 – 39012 Discovery Way, Squamish, BC, V8B 0E5, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service, such as Canada Post Express Post or UPS to send your return and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or mis-shipped items.

Vintage & Antique Items Furnishings and Re-Finished pieces are sold are sold in “as-is” condition. Items are used items, as such Bungalow 968 cannot guarantee their durability or longevity. Every effort is made to describe any defects or flaws in the item prior to purchase. The Purchaser has inspected or waived inspection of the unit prior to purchasing. Bungalow 968 shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability for any property damage or personal injury arising from the purchasers use of the items outlined in this receipt by any cause except to the extent caused by Bungalow 968’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall Bungalow 968 and it’s associates be liable for any indirect, special or consequent losses as a result of purchase or rental.
