Our popular Leadership Development Training program thrives as an online offering, with a unique blend of self-study sections, scheduled group calls, weekly assignments, and ongoing support from our dedicated facilitators and program administrators. This structure creates a rich learning environment that fosters community, growth, and accountability, centered around continuous development. Delivered on our new online learning community, B968Learning, existing or emerging leaders will be called to elevate their leadership skills.

Our program is broken down into short but concise self-study modules and once or twice weekly group sessions led by our experienced facilitators. Program content is uniquely designed to keep participants engaged from start to completion, with all program elements delivered in one place, our online learning platform, B968 Learning. Participant learning is reinforced through active participation, high touch points during self-study sessions, such as games, quizzes and homework, combined with engaging conversations, dialogue and thought-provoking live activities during our group sessions.
